If a court later decides that Trumps promises don’t hold up legally, Apple could be <a href="https://9to5mac.com/2025/01/20/the-850-billion-reasons-apple-and-others-arent-taking-a-chance-on-tiktok/">on the hook</a> for up to $850 billion in fines.
